Capacity building project that strengthens VET in electric mobility in Malawi and Zambia
About the project
EcoCharge is an Erasmus+ capacity building project that strengthens vocational education and training (VET) in electric mobility in Malawi and Zambia. By connecting African and European institutions, the project equips young people—especially women—with the skills needed for today’s labor market.
The project focuses on small electric and hybrid vehicles such as bicycles, fostering sustainable transport, recycling of automotive spare parts, and promoting green transition. With seven partners from five countries, EcoCharge combines expertise from VET institutions, digital companies, and public bodies to build lasting impact.
